Discover the art of making sushi rolls, nigiri, and hand-rolls and dine with your dishes with sparkling sake and miso.
You’ll be welcomed with a glass of fizz while NORI’s head chef guides you through an introduction to sushi, before putting your creativity to the test.
Duration: 2 hours
Time: 1pm – 3pm or 3pm – 5pm (minimum 4 per class)
